WERSANT HOMES supplies prefabricated housing units exclusively to support nonprofit, humanitarian, and emergency relief housing initiatives. Our mission is to provide reliable, cost-based prefabricated housing solutions to empower those addressing global housing crises.

For example, we work with partners like the Emergency Relief Foundation, Inc. to ensure that high-quality, durable housing units are available where they are needed most.

Our Role

WERSANT HOMES acts exclusively as a prefabricated housing supplier. Our involvement is limited to the provision of prefabricated housing units for nonprofit and humanitarian housing initiatives. We do not engage in real estate development, construction management, or on-site building activities.

Important Clarification

WERSANT HOMES is not a general contractor, builder, or construction company. We do not perform on-site construction, permitting, site preparation, installation, utilities, or development services. All installation, permitting, and construction-related activities are the responsibility of the nonprofit organization, municipality, or its designated contractors.

Why should work with us?

Quality Standards
Quality Standards

No. This is a temporary-to-permanent pathway program. The land remains city-owned, and the program can be modified or discontinued if needed.

No. Units are paid for by residents through structured at-cost payment plans and/or external assistance programs.

Participation agreements include clear expectations. Non-compliance results in removal from the program and transition to other services.

No. The City does not own the units, does not manage residents, and retains land control. Oversight is structured through agreements.

No. Participants are pre-qualified through veterans services, senior programs, or hardship verification. This is not open enrollment.

Tiny homes provide privacy, stability, and dignity at a lower cost per person, resulting in better outcomes and faster exits from homelessness.
